Production planning: Production and sales teams work together evaluating new varieties. Production is then planned thoroughly in order to provide the customers with the desired colors and volume. Sophisticated computer software is used to maximize production, making sure we have desired colors for holidays, avoiding undesired flushes as much as possible, as off-seasonal colors are difficult to sell.
